Service – 3.25
I honestly cannot think of anything to make the service stand out. It wasn’t the worst service but the server pretty much looked like she hated life. When I asked questions she was able to answer so she at least knew her shit. Note to all servers.. please try and fix that resting bitch face. Don’t let your soul sucking stares make me feel bad for ordering a water.

I love the neighborhood this restaurant is in (Sellwood) but there was NO parking. Inside, has a good amount of space yet, I was so close to the table next to me. I’m not a fan of having to sit on my neighbors lap to get up and go to the restroom.

O K A Y, here we go. I had reservations at 6pm. Super early, so why the fuck was I seated 20 minutes after I checked in for my reservations? I might as well have not done reservations, it would have been faster. There was barely any people in the restaurant at this time and yet I had to wait? Mind you, my entire party was present. The food came out quick so they are so lucky that I am giving this more than a 3.

Food was alright. This is why I do my reviews. This restaurant is rated pretty well on Yelp but yet, I’ve had WAY better. P.S. I L O V E Yelp so I’m not dissing yelp but this is why it’s just hard to trust ratings. You don’t need to trust me, my feelings won’t be hurt but I ordered the Corn & Mascarpone Raviolini, Butter-Poached Maine Lobster. You think anything Lobster would be sensational. The lobster, yes was good, the corn and Mascarpone… I just don’t think I am a fan of sweet pasta. I’ve had pumpkin ravioli, squash and even other corn pastas, none too sweet. This pasta was sweet and it just killed it for me. Lobster was still good though. My friend had the Pappardelle which was fine. Noodles were a bit doughy still but the sauce was good.
Overall – 3
The location and concept, very nice. Execution, not so much. This place literally has 4.5 stars on yelp so I was so excited to go. I loved the location, everything on the menu SOUNDED great but not going to lie, I was a little underwhelmed. Would I go back? If I’m being honest, no. But try this for yourself and see! Remember babes, Eat Rich or Die Tryin. Until next time.
